MOPS, Mothers of Preschoolers, is a program designed to nurture mothers with children from infancy through kindergarten. MOPS meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday mornings of each month during the school year from 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
MOPS: Mom’s Program
Another year is coming to a close for MOPS at LifePoint. We had a lot of fun doing crafts like cookie mix jars as appreciation gifts and special plates for our home. We played games like car scavenger hunt and getting-to-know-you BINGO. We also learned a great deal too from speakers about topics varying from the men panel, infant loss, and having it all together. Through all the fun times and sad times, we got to share personal things with our small groups and form close relationships with other moms that have either already gone through or are going through the same things. Being a better christian, a better woman and a better friend helps me be the better mom I want to be and that is what MOPS is all about. Stay tuned for more information about another exciting year of MOPS ahead!
MOPPETS: Children’s Program
The MOPPETS program is designed to provide a nurturing environment for each child, birth through kindergarten, while his/her mom is attending the MOPS program. Volunteers will greet you and your child(ren) at each MOPS meeting and provide a safe and loving environment that introduces them to the love of God.
